  • Reject the manuscript if it is flawed or lacks novelty.

Review Process:

The review process is double-blinded; that is, the reviewer does not know who the manuscript author(s) is and the author(s) does not know who has reviewed the manuscript. If there is any correction in the manuscript, then TJPRC’s review members will correct the same with an approval from the board and communicate the corrected manuscripts to the authors. In certain cases, there will be technical interaction between TJPRC’s review members and the authors for the closure of these technical corrections / gaps. Once the technical contents are acceptable, Editorial team will release Provisional Acceptance (Excluding Plagiarism Check) through e-mail. Provisional Acceptance refers to “Acceptance without Plagiarism Check”. Once the publication process is over, copies of online and print versions of respective journals will be sent to the Primary / Communicating author’s address.

The Chief Editorial Officer (CEO) of Transsellar Journal Publications and ISSI Consultancy Services has the authority and reserves the right to reject any manuscript submitted under any of the company’s journals listed in the website (www.issi.org.in), because of inappropriateness of its subject content, lack of quality, incorrectness of its results & recommendations, inaccuracies in the experimentations etc., The final conclusion on publication is made by the Chief Editorial Officer upon recommendation of Editorial Board members.

Nevertheless, CEO’s decision is final with respect to the acceptance or rejection of a manuscript for all the journal publications, assignment of paper to a journal, journal management w.r.t their categories, names, disciplines etc.,

If an article meets the preliminary requirements, the article will be processed for review, which could take up to 1- 2 weeks.

All articles are peer reviewed.

The articles are reviewed based on several criteria including their contemporary relevance, contribution to knowledge, originality, use of appropriate methodology (in case of research articles), clarity and logical analysis, implications for intervention, appropriateness of references, and language usage and flow. Experimental studies and analysis are also considered, where applicable.

  • Changes in the papers: After the decision of acceptance is announced via email to the corresponding author, no changes in the paper will be accepted. Therefore, authors are advised to make all necessary corrections well in advance of the acceptance decision for paper publication that is communicated to them.
  • Discrepancies in the paper: In case of any discrepancies found in a published paper in our journal (which could be due to human error), authors are required to report it to us within 5 working days of receiving the hard copy of the journal. The company will take necessary actions to address the discrepancies. However, complaints or issues reported after the given time frame will not be considered for resolution.
  • Manuscript / Paper withdrawal: AAuthors or scholars can withdraw their paper(s) within two weeks from the date of acceptance. The acceptance notification will be sent to the authors via email. If the communicating author sends a withdrawal email within the specified two weeks, the paper will be immediately withdrawn from the publication process. However, if there is no explicit withdrawal within the two-week period, the Chief Editorial Officer (CEO) and the Editorial Board will decide whether to publish or reject the paper. This policy is strictly enforced to prevent multiple parallel publications in different journals.
  • Parallel Submission: Submitting a paper to our company means that it should not be simultaneously submitted to any other publishers to prevent potential issues from duplicate publication. If an author decides to do so, they do it at their own risk and we as a publisher will not take any responsibility.
  • Copyright : Every manuscript submitted for publication should be original and not have been published or submitted for publication elsewhere. If accepted for publication in our journals, the author(s) must not publish the manuscript in any other periodical without obtaining permission from the editorial board. Once accepted for publication, the author(s) will be notified via email or phone. The author(s) are required to submit a signed Copyright Transfer Agreement within 10 working days of acceptance. Failure to do so may result in the manuscript being rejected or published without the author(s) consent. If the author(s) do not communicate within the given time frame, the CEO will make a final decision regarding publication. The manuscript may be sent for publication in national or international journals or rejected.
  • Plagiarism : Our journal only accepts original research papers for publication. We expect authors to ensure that there are no plagiarism-related issues with their submitted papers, including self-plagiarism. The manuscript content should not be submitted or stored in any URL, database, or website prior to submission for publication in our journal. We trust our authors to comply with these guidelines.
In case of plagiarism being detected during the publication process, the corresponding author will be informed and provided with a plagiarism report. We will conduct plagiarism checks twice, free of charge. Authors are urged to take advantage of this opportunity to resolve any plagiarism issues that may arise.
  • Publication Charges : Fee for publication is applicable to all our National and International Journals. We want to inform our authors that TJPRC operates solely on the basis of processing fees received from authors as we do not receive any funding from private institutions or the government. Once paid, the publication fee cannot be refunded under any circumstances. However, if an author decides not to publish their paper after paying the fee, the payment can be utilized for publishing their next research paper.
  • Indexing Requiremnts:  Indexing Requirements: Our journals are currently rated by the National Academy of Agricultural Sciences (NAAS) up to 2020 and are indexed by Google Scholar. If you require indexing in other databases such as UGC, Scopus, WoS-ESCI or ABDC, please inform us via email so that we can process your submission accordingly in a third-party or collaborative journal that meets your indexing requirements.

Publication in 3rd party / collaborative journals:

  • After submitting their manuscript, it is the responsibility of the authors to ensure that any 3rd party or collaborative journal in which they intend to publish is authentic and indexed appropriately.
  • The author must obtain written permission from the publisher before publishing the same article elsewhere, unless the article has been substantially changed. By submitting their article, the author(s) assure that the work is original, has not been published previously, and is not being considered by any other publication. The author also guarantees that the contribution is original, except for any copyrighted works that are included with permission from the copyright holder and author.
  • The article must not contain any defamatory statements and must not infringe on any copyright, trademark, patent, statutory right, or proprietary right of others. For articles published in 3rd party or collaborative journals, a soft copy and URL will be provided, but no certificate will be issued.

Note 1: Please note that our responsibility as a publisher is limited to the publication process only.

Note 2: The indexing process for articles depends on various factors such as the content, indexing partner guidelines and their procedures. The time taken for indexing can vary and is solely determined by the indexing team. The publisher has no control over the decision to accept or reject a paper for indexing, nor can they influence the processing time. In case the indexing is removed post-publication due to any conflicts or non-adherence of ethical standards, the publisher cannot be held responsible.

The same applies to Google and other search engines, which use a software package to crawl the web and search for fresh or revised data. The time taken to complete this process is solely determined by the Google algorithm and may vary from a few days to months. Since this process is executed using third-party software, the publisher cannot be held liable for any delays.

Note 3: Please note that not all SCOPUS/WOS journals provide certificates upon publication.

Note 4: DOIs (Digital Object Identifiers) are indeed publisher specific and not all publishers provide DOIs. It depends on the policies and practices of the individual publisher. However, DOIs are increasingly becoming a standard requirement for scholarly publications, particularly in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and medicine. They provide a persistent and unique identifier for digital content, making it easier to locate and cite published research.

Note 5: The duration of research publication is subject to various extraneous factors which can result in delays. We, as a publication company, do not have control over these factors and are not liable for any delays that may occur. However, if the publication gets cancelled due to any such factors, the payment made by the concerned author will be refunded.

Note 6: Once a paper is published, it cannot be withdrawn from the journal and the publication fee cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Note 7: Upon submitting the article, the author(s) must ensure that it is an original work, has not been published previously, and is not under consideration by any other publication..

Note 8: The Author affirms that their contribution is an original creation, except for authorized excerpts from copyrighted materials that have been obtained with permission from the copyright holder and author, and that it does not include any defamatory statements, nor does it infringe upon any statutory, proprietary, patent, trademark, or copyright rights of any other individual or entity.
